    Faster and secure

A very easy-to-configure router, a very well designed app and good functions for home or small office users, you can scan ports to optimize the speed of the wifi and also makes a diagnosis of security in my case when I was setting it he suggested that I change the key to wifi and configuration, the speed of the internet is higher than the speed I had before with Problem. In the ports gigabit connect the PS4 and Nintendo switch and work very well, in my home there are 17 devices connected and all work very well, I live in a house of 1390 square feet and I do not need another router because it covers the whole house, configure the network for guests and when my friends come I do not have to give them access to my devices.

Really fast, and easy to setup AFTER doing a factory reset

If you buy this, BEFORE you try to configure it, plug it in and do a factory reset (hold the button in the back for >8 seconds). You'd think it comes from the factory with factory default settings, but I didn't do this and spent 3 days trying to get it configured. When first set up, it connected immediately to half of my wifi devices but would not let the other half connect (including our main TV, all all 4 Roku streaming devices, and 2 of our 3 tablets). Tech support was very understanding and helpful, but nothing worked until I did the factory reset. Then everything worked flawlessly. After the reset all I needed to do was select the SSID and enter the password on my device, and it connected immediately. Throughput is blazingly fast compared to our older wifi router, and I can connect to it from the opposite corner of my house without needing a booster on the upper floor. The web-based user interface is a little less comprehensive and harder to navigate than my older TP-Link router, but seems to provide everything I need. Overall, I am very happy (finally) with this purchase.

A really great smart WiFi router that does a great job with ease!

I have been wanting to update my home's WiFi, but kept putting it off.I finally bit the bullet after I had some spare time and did a little homework on what's available out there.I decided against a mesh solution because I feel like that technology is still too new, and there are too many variables, not to mention the cost (very expensive). So I settled on a 'smart' WiFi router: the Speedefy AC2100 Smart WiFi Router.Sevem antenna seem to really help, old dead spots in the house have a decent signal now, bravo!I also love that the Speedefy router has an app in addition to a browser-based control program. Both do mostly the same, with the web having a couple extra options, but everything I needed so far has been available in the app.The biggest thing I've learned about getting a new WiFi router is how many devices in the house use it to communicate and function!I wouyld have guessed phones, tablets, and maybe a few other things, but damn - the list goes on and on.And all the devices seem to do better (which they should) on the new smart router.Overall, I would recommend this smart router to anyone, even to somebody who doesn't know what they're doing (or simply hasn't installed a router before). It really was very straight forward and easy to install and start using.

Perfect for Two Story Single Family Home

I needed a WiFi router that had greater range than the Spectrum supplied router and this Speedefy router absolutely fit my needs. The Spectrum Router I had wasn't terrible by any means, but I didn't get great signal throughout the second story so I gave this Speedefy router a shot after reading reviews and watching YouTube videos. I wasn't disappointed by making the switch.Installation was fairly easy since the instructions clearly listed the steps you needed to take to connect devices to router. It's a basic plug and play installation for this router. I think the most important step is going onto the Speedefy website that is on the instructions to set a password for the router because the network opened up as a public one not requiring a password. Once that is set, remember to reconnect all of your devices to the new WiFi router. After installing, I ran speed tests through the house and I was pleasantly surprised. The main room and all of downstairs was hardly unchanged as far as speed goes, but the real difference was upstairs. Where the Spectrum router couldn't reach very well, the Speedefy router surprisingly faired well on speed tests. I even can listen to music outside while cutting grass without losing connection on a lot a little smaller than a .25 acre.Overall I definitely recommend this router and it is a great replacement to a stock router supplied by your internet provider.

    Great range! Fast! Easy setup!

First, caution, it is a wide box, so will ship it without a shipping box and leave it at the front door.It is the PERFECT size, not a big router that takes us a lot of real estate on your desk. Setup is very easy and simple, as a matter of fact, I connected it to my AT&T Fiber modem and then to my computer via a lan cable and I had internet as soon as I turned on the computer. Then I used the router’s IP Address to configure it with a browser. When you visit the page for the first time it takes you to a setup wizard. All the setting use a graphical interface so it makes it easy to configure. Took me less than 5 minutes to get it up and running. Mostly needed this for the range, tested it with my outdoor Blink camera and it works perfect!
